Where is Space available?
Space is currently available in the contiguous United States, also known as the lower 48 states. We do not currently offer service to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any U.S. Territories.
How much does it cost?
Each Space box costs $15 per month, and is an all-inclusive subscription that continues monthly until the user cancels.
How big is a Space box?
The Space box measures 23" x 15.25" x 14".

How can I use Space?
Space is for anyone who needs more space in their lives, or who would like to store items they don't use all of the time. Ideas for things you can store include seasonal clothes, holiday decorations, old files, and extra things from your kitchen cabinets or overstuffed closets.
But that's not all. If you want to travel or spend time working remotely, you can store your things with Space and order them on-demand to wherever you are. The possibilities to reimagine and reinvent your space are endless.
Can I use my own boxes?
No. The Space boxes included with your subscription are the only boxes that can be used with Space. These boxes are specially designed for durability and efficient storage and handling in our warehouses. We also do not accept miscellaneous items that do not fit in the Space box.
Can I use Space with a P.O. Box?
You can only ship Space to a valid, physical commercial or residential address in the contiguous United States. UPS is unable to deliver Space to a P.O. Box.
Where are Space boxes stored and are they safe?
Our partnership with UPS means that we have access to a network of secure, sophisticated, and strategically located warehouses across the country. All of these facilities are staffed around the clock and have 24-hour surveillance. In-person pickups are not allowed, so your box will never be taken by someone else. You can rest assured that your things are safe with Space.
Is there a weight limit?
Your monthly box subscription includes nationwide shipping up to a limit of 50 lbs. This limit is to ensure both the safety of your belongings and the people who handle Space boxes. If you pack a box that is heavier than this, it will incur additional shipping fees. Unfortunately we cannot accept any box over 75 lbs.
Are there any hidden extras I should be aware of?
We believe in being completely transparent with our pricing so that there are no surprises. That's why we have no hidden fees and will always make it clear if extra costs for shipping and handling apply.
