How do I recall a box in storage?

If you need your things back, simply log into your Space account and find the box you wish to recall. Tap the "Request" button and select the corresponding address.

If you are requesting a box to a new address, tap the plus sign next to the "Which address?" field, and enter the new address.

Once you have carefully reviewed the details for your recalled box, select "Confirm."

How do I order another Space box?

If you already have a Space account, simply log in to the app, tap the plus sign and follow the prompts to order another box (or boxes). Space is designed to be flexible with your life as your needs change.

How do I cancel a Space box?

If you no longer need a particular Space box, simply log into your account, select the box you wish to cancel in the "My Space," page and tap on the box's details. In the following window, select "Cancel subscription" at the bottom of the screen. (See the highlighted portions in the screenshots below.)

Important Notes:

  • You can only cancel a box that is in your possession. You cannot cancel a box that is currently in storage or in transit.

  • If you cancel a box, you will be unable to send it back into storage.

  • Your monthly subscription for any cancelled box will automatically be cancelled as well.

What do I do with my Space boxes when I no longer need them?

If you recall your boxes and will not be re-packing them with other items for storage, you can re-purpose or recycle them. If you are no longer going to be using your box, please cancel your box subscriptions, as detailed in the above instructions.
