How does billing work for Space?

Space works as an all-inclusive subscription, so your payment method will be charged when you place your first order, and again monthly from your order date. If you add additional boxes at a later date, you will be charged a prorated amount to keep the same monthly billing date for all box subscriptions.

What payment methods do you accept?

Space accepts all major credit and debit cards. Your payment is securely processed through an encrypted system, so your card information and personal details are safe.

My boxes are not yet in storage. Why am I still being charged?

Space works as an all-inclusive subscription that begins when you place your order. In addition to providing a flexible and secure storage service, we supply you with our premium heavy-duty, reusable boxes, tape strips, and unlimited, nationwide UPS shipping (in the contiguous 48 states). With one flat rate per box, per month, it couldn't be easier for you to make Space for what matters most.

What happens if I miss a payment?

We get it. Life is busy and cards expire. Should you have a failed payment, you will receive a notification to update your payment method. It's extremely important to act on this in a timely manner. If your account has an unpaid balance, you will be unable to recall your items in storage until your account becomes current.
