I received my Space box. What do I do now?
Space boxes arrive flat, in a protective overpack, which should be carefully unsealed.
Remove all contents from the overpack. (Please recycle the overpack, if possible.)
Refer to included directions insert to begin assembling your box.
Fold in the smaller inner panels on the bottom of the box, followed by the larger panels.
Seal the bottom of the box with one of the provided tape strips.
Start decluttering! This is the fun part. Gather all of the items you love but that you simply do not need on hand right now. Be sure to adequately protect all items that you will be storing with Space. Please visit our article on packing tips for full details.
Clothes are ideally kept in a packing cube or vacuum-seal bag for safety and space efficiency.
Bubble wrap and/or packing paper should be used for any items that could be prone to breakage during transit.
Let Space guide you through the packing process. The Space app allows you to customize each box by giving it a name, cataloging its contents and then taking a picture of the packed contents before you seal it.

Schedule your free pick-up or take your Space box to the nearest UPS Store or Access Point.
How do I ship my boxes?
Once your boxes are packed and ready to be stored, you have two options.
Schedule a free UPS pick-up right within the app. You can schedule a pick-up for the next business day or pick a day further out. You have the flexibility to do what best suits your schedule.
Drop off your boxes at any UPS Store or Access Point. All you have to do is walk in, have UPS scan your pre-paid shipping label, and walk out.

How do I know where my box is once it has shipped?
You will receive UPS tracking information within the Space app once your box has shipped. When it arrives at our warehouse, you will receive an email, and the status of your box will also update within the app.
